Partners Group’s Evergreen Fund Control team is looking for a highly experienced IFRS accounting professional to join our growing team in Zug. This is a role with broad exposure across audit coordination, NAV oversight, and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of entities, including regulated and complex fund structures.

You will lead the coordination of high-stakes annual audits within a compressed reporting cycle to deliver high-quality financial statements and annual reports on time. A key part of the role is the oversight and review of NAV production.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of annual audits across a large portfolio of entities, including complex and regulated fund structures, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality financial statements and annual reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for auditors, external and internal stakeholders, driving alignment and execution across demanding timelines
• Review and challenge NAV packages, financial statements and annual reports prepared by external fund administrators, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to technical accounting discussions and assess the impact of accounting policies on NAV and financial statements
• Partner closely with external fund administrators on periodic NAV processes and financial reporting deliverables
• Drive continuous enhancement of reporting, control, and audit coordination processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
• Build strong and effective working relationships across a broad stakeholder group, fostering collaboration, transparency, and timely resolution of issues
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, supporting their development and strengthening the broader team
