Questions d'entretien chez UNHCR

The interview was conducted by three Korean interviewers in a mix of Korean and English. Based on my impression, the working environment did not seem as international as I had expected, and it did not appear to be a workplace where English is used very actively. The questions themselves were not too difficult, as they were mostly based on my previous experience. However, the interview style was quite direct and straightforward. I was a little surprised by the way they asked about my background, as they seemed to imply that they would verify the experiences I mentioned right away. Overall, the interview felt more formal and fact-checking oriented than conversational.

I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.
