J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Edmundston, NB)
Entretien
Through an employee referral, I was contacted for a phone interview. About a week after the phone interview, they scheduled a one-on-one interview with the team manager. This interview wasn't very formal as it was held in the breakfast area of a hotel.
The interviewer asked a few questions and then proceeded to present the company, the role I was interviewing for, and the perks of working for IBM.
The next day I was contacted with a verbal offer for the position, pending a successful background check.

I really recommend
The interview had multiple steps, starting with an AI asking tough recorded questions. I disliked the AI format. The second step was a screening call, making the process feel lengthy.
