The internship selection process at IBM was frustrating due to contradictory communication. After passing the coding interview, I received two emails: one confirming my progression to the next phase and the other stating I wasn't selected. This lack of clarity caused confusion and left me unsure about my status.

Very nice interviewer, super polite and on time and asked very good questions. The technical section wasn't really technical it was just asking a couple questions on terminology. Was super conversational and overall had a great experience.
