J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Philadelphia, PA) en févr. 2024
Entretien
The IBM interview process was fairly standard but was a VERY long process. I submitted my application October and was asked to complete a coding assessment about two months later. The coding assessment was not bad; they gave me 60 minutes to complete two questions and both of the questions weren't too challenging. I didn't hear back about an interview. There were two interviews that I was asked to complete. The first was a 45 minute behavioral interview where they asked about my background and a series of "What would you do in this scenario" questions. The second interview was a technical interview, which was actually very brief. I was given a case study and asked to describe my problem solving process. There wasn't any coding involved. It took another month for me to hear back about my interview. I unfortunately did not get the position.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Your boss has told you that you need to give a presentation to a group of clients about a new product. How would you present this product to the clients without involving too many technical details? What would you prioritize?
I did the interview at the IBM company. It was a very simple one-to-one interview. The interviewer asked about basics questions on my projects and programmes. She also helped me understand on where I went wrong and areas to improve.
A recruiter reached out to me about scheduling some time to speak. They just scheduled a time without even confirming my availability first. Thought it would be an initial phone screen, but was a technical interview with someone different than I was emailing. The lack of communication and information was disappointing

I first received an online language test. Then got invited for an offline coding round. It was a fairly average-level question with 7-8 test cases on the HackerRank platform. People who passed even 3-4 test cases got selected for the next round.
