Straightforward process, very direct, involved an English and math test, then a couple of interviews, total time was about 5 months from the first contact to the formal offer, the onboarding process is not obvious, and you will find fighting for your work tools almost by yourself, expect to have no laptop or company mobile phone the first month at least.
