I received an email to complete an assessment. Three hours to complete an assessment that is really too complex for the scope of this entry level position, is ridiculous. I have not heard back yet but I see plenty of smiling young faces on LinkedIn announcing they’ve been offered a position at IBM. They apparently don’t run all recent grads through the same process. Disappointed! No response on how I did on the test either. There’s 3 hours I won’t get back.
