J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2010
Entretien
Contacted through recruiter, hired over the phone. Never saw my manager until we met to sign paperwork.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They were all technical questions, and it was a phone interview. It was like taking an open book test, but it's a realistic idea of what the job would be like. If you don't know the answer to a question, admit it, but get that answer in a timely fashion.
3-4 rounds of interview with different sellers in the US. The rounds did not necessarily increase in complexity. There was an initial screening and questionnaire. All of the interviews were done through zoom.

Question 1
Describe a mistake you've made professionally and what you learned from it
The interview was conducted via ai which I’m not a huge fan of. The lack of clarity and human interaction was strange. All in all the interface was usable and I would apply here again.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to communicate with a non technical audience.
Interview took forever to be scheduled, and I didn't have any form of communication afterwards that I did not get chosen for the position and I have to figure out through just randomly checking IBM's career link and looking at the position is removed
