There was a cognitive test. After successful completion, this was followed a few days later by a personality test. The cognitive test focuses on your ability to quickly do certain math tasks when playing games. Extremely boring. The personality test is one of those ones where you select which statement you most strongly agree with, but has trick questions, where both statements might be things that you disagree with.
Putting aside the validity of cognitive/IQ tests, I think these tests are too time-consuming for this stage in the interview process, given that there hasn't even been a phone screen with someone who can tell you more about the role yet.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
Describe the interview process: The process consisted of three rounds: an initial online assessment focusing on data structures and algorithms, followed by two technical video interviews. The technical rounds were intensive, covering system design, live coding, and deep-dive questions into previous project experience and database optimization.
