There was no transparency in the process and clarity on the status of the application. I was informed that I have received an offer from IBM through an SMS. Later on a phone call, I was told that joining date for the position is very far away in the future and that would I be interesting in other roles with earlier joining. I was told I would need to interview again for the new role. Despite agreeing to the request, there was no follow up. Only to be informed that I was not selected for the position, months later.

There was a single behavioral interview offered by a different department after applying to 2 different positions and doing Hackerranks for them. Basic questions about projects on your resume and experience and the recruiters were nice.
