Application walk in at People To Outsource, resume and exam for english communication .
computer exam english and typing skills. initial interview from people to outsource and wait after if they will call you and tell you that you passed the initial exams and interview. another phone interview from the main office or hr office. then if you passed you will be interviewed at the main hr office and take another english exams for english skills, proficiency and vocabulary. then another phone interview from hr in the main office they call it phone serge. if you passed then you are going to sign a contract and will have medical exam. after that you will still have training for vocabulary, speaking and pronunciation in english and another exam. if you passed you will have the product training that you have to pass so that you will be a regular employee.
It was a one stage interview which lasted approximately 35 min. Details about the cv were discussed and i was also asked if i had previous experience as a call center agent.

it was phone screening for 5-7 minutes. After that they did background check.it was work from home they ask for the laptops and internet available at home.whole process took almost 1 week.

Precise and quick. Straight to the point interview. Panel interview helps me a lot to gain more confidence to face different people at different paces of interview questions. Eventhough it's a business process outsourcing company still they make possible questions that would help inline with work.
