It was on campus recruitment drive. There were 2 online test rounds. 1st is Aptitude which was reasonably difficult. 2nd round is mail writing round in which they test your mail writing abilities. Basic grammar and verbal abilities. Then there is the interview which is the mixture of technical and nontechnical at the same time. Reasonably easy.
