I connected with an IBM executive at my grad school and then got a call for an interview.
I had two rounds of phone interview. No technical questions. Just personality type and about my previous experience and grad school experience.

Why are you changing careers from technology to finance
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
