ost IBM interviews are competency-based, focusing on the candidate’s past history and motivation for applying. The most important interview preparation you can do is to think of examples of how you have demonstrated each of the company’s eight core competencies:
adaptability
client focus
communication skills
creative problem solving
drive
passion for IBM
taking ownership
teamwork
Examples don’t necessarily need to be work-related; you could consider your academic work, as well as anything else you do in your spare time, such as voluntary work, involvement in clubs or societies, travel, hobbies or sporting activities. Come up with two or three for each competency.
IBM’s graduate website has more detail as to what each competency means. Also take a look at ‘Gwenyth’s Mind Map’, in which an IBM campus attraction manager outlines how she used her own experiences to land a graduate job at IBM, despite not having an internship or anything similar on her CV.

Entretien
Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Entretien
Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
Got sent an invite to interview a couple days after I applied online. They move through the process quite quickly and they'll send you emails for additional forms to fill out if you move through the process.
