Two Phone, one in person. Very personal. Let me come and see the office before hand as signing contract. Applied online to multiple jobs within IBM. Was given two offers and accepted one. As a note, this was for an internship and a lot of it was done through the school.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
