It sounds like you may not be local to the area; I can understand the questions you had about the commute and living in the SF Bay Area. We are in a great location that many people easily commute to from other Marin cities, East Bay and SF. In fact, from the Marina in San Francisco it is an 11 minute commute. Our team comes from various backgrounds, but the one thing that they all have in common is that they are very competitive. Many of them are into sports, which it sounds like you are. It's interesting that you mention Golf - we have one SDR on the team who worked at a golf course prior to joining us. We also have other friendly competitors on the team that have shown competitiveness in academics, the arts, running, and in previous work history.
