Talked to recruiter, two technical phone screens. They flew me out to Mill Valley where there were five rounds of interviews. Interview was mainly domain based and very reasonable. It had core engineering focus.

I applied via employee referral. The process took about 3 weeks. I had a phone background interview, followed by a phone technical interview. This was followed by a technical Skype interview since I do not reside in Bay Area. Was called on-site for the interview and got an offer the next day. Glassdoor was always very responsive and gave quick feedback. It was very good experience.
