I would like to share a candid experience regarding the recruitment process for an internal IT Engineer position via Talan. After interviewing with one of their clients two weeks ago, I have received no follow-up despite multiple attempts to contact the recruitment team for an update. Unfortunately, there has been complete radio silence. While I understand recruitment processes can sometimes take time, the lack of communication and follow-through raises serious concerns about the professionalism and candidate care within the organization. Clear and respectful communication is a minimum expectation, and sadly, it was not met in this case. Based on this experience, I would not recommend engaging with Talan’s recruitment services.
