Newly Promoted Team Leader – Pacific Beach, CA At Wild Fork, we’re committed to creating opportunities for our people to grow, lead, and make an impact. We’re proud to celebrate Emma Robertson, who has been promoted to Team Leader at our Pacific Beach, California store. Emma joined Wild Fork in July 2024, and quickly stood out for her natural leadership, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others succeed. She’s known for developing team members, building their confidence, and fostering a culture where everyone takes pride in the work they do. In her new role, Emma is excited to continue growing the Pacific Beach team and elevating the guest experience in her store. And when she’s not leading her team, she’s enjoying two of her Wild Fork favorites: our hanger steaks and flat iron steaks. Our first cohort of the year brought together 14 team members from across the business—including Senior Sales Leaders (Retail Store Managers), Support Center colleagues, and one Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager). The Leadership Fundamentals program at JBS USA equips emerging leaders with essential leadership capabilities while strengthening engagement, alignment, and connection across the company and its business units. What a year of giving! In 2025, our Wild Fork team came together for National Donation Day and exceeded our goal by donating over 5,000 lbs of food to support families in need across the U.S. and Canada.
