Simple interview in person. Asked me basic questions like "tell me about yourself", "how do you deal with stressful situations", etc. All of the questions were behavioural. Don't sweat too much because they accept just about anybody.

I received a phone call from HR to schedule the interview. The interview was simple and focused mostly on my availability, customer service experience, and ability to work flexible shifts.

After rhe offer they help you with the training but of course that experience depends on what kind of manager you came up with

It was good and well structured. I got to know about the company and it was really exiciting to meet the people who loves to share with the community. I interviewed with them for half an hour and shared our vision towards the job
