Assesment is to be takin prior to interview. Begin Interview by hearing out what the Interviewers Process of them working there than follow up with exactly the same method that they illustrated. This will create the since of common ground. Answer each question with STAR methos. Sitsuation: set the tone and the image detailing the scene. Task: inform them what you are responsible in that situation. They may be unaware of the process. Action: what where the steps to resolve the situation. Result: share the end results of your action. Walmart is looking heavily into this. If you do this it helps break down the barrier of not knowing who you are, what you do and how you do it.
After answering the questions that are related to you actually assisting. Always end it with when can I expect to hear something back. This is a major sign that you are not just applying for the job but that you are ready to do it now.

When you are initially called, you are asked to take a Ramsey Multi-craft maintenance exam. After the exam, you are then emailed and called for the working interview. During the working interview, you are asked a series of technical and non-technical questions. If you are selected, you will then receive a call for a two day orientation.

Entretien
You will have to take a virtual exam prior to being invited to a physical interview. Don't be surprised to wait for an interview as it depends on the site needs and timing. I had to wait for a year with monthly renewal of the application to maintain my interest. During the face to face interview, I was asked questions by the HR manager and the Maintenance OPS manager. There were technical questions, personnel questions, and situational questions.
