After filing your application, you'll be contacted within a week or so and a senior member of the hourly team and/or the Coach (manager-like role) of the department you're trying to get hired into will interview you. Relatively simple interview process: they'll ask you very common interview questions, if you have access to reliable transportation, and when you can start/attend orientation.

I was scheduled for a telephone interview which took about 5-10 minutes. After briefly speaking about my work background I was given information about what the job would entail and about benefits. I was then given the opportunity to ask if I had any questions. Overall a very relaxed and quick experience.
