It was a two part interview that was one on one. The guy that interviewed me the first time was nice and asked basic questions. Later in the next interview for later that week. We talked about schedule requirements then there was paid training.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were frustrated but maintained calm.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
