I was in the position of a Asset Protection Associate. My Asset Protection Manager saw talent in me and submitted me into the APA Development Program which teaches you the basics of store operations (Asset protection side). There was an over the phone interview to get into the program. After completion of the program I chose the store i wanted to interview for and potentially work for. Process took 1 month from time of submitting application to being job offered. Interview itself included Market Asset Protection Manager along with Store Mgr for the store. Interview was by the book. Asked me about 10 situational questions on how i would go about handling specific situations. To each question, they had subquestions (see below). At the end, they might ask you personal questions about yourself and you get to ask questions you may have about the position.
