A panel from management will ask 3-5 questions related to your past work and life experience. If you make it past the first interview you will be interviewed by upper management. This could happen the same day or up to a week depending on the position you are applying.

Application process is simple. Applied online and was called for interview in few days. Simple and easy process. Had direct interview with the manager. Asked for availability. After the interview she said will let me know in few days.

First interview is with Assistant Store manager of Front-end,
The final candidates have an interview with Store manager.
Both interviews have different difficulty level and different set of questions.

If a customer is disappointed by the service provided by a cashier and becomes angry about it. How would you handle the situation?
You will be asked just simple behavioral questions that are situation based. Any previous experience will help a lot to navigate through the process. Confidence and positive attitude is required.
