Quick process but offer was rescinded for no reason. HR is cold and doesn’t care about you. First interview was supposed to be 1 on 1 but ended up being a panel with no prior heads up. The second interview was scheduled by the hiring manager without even checking my availability first. Extremely disorganized process and the recruiter was rude.

1 phone screen with HR recruiter. 1 filter call and 1 prep call with HR acquisitions. Four 1-hour interviews back to back, virtual, in one day with GM, AGM, and two HR managers. All formal questions, very robotic.
