I applied online and within 10days I received a call from hr and asked me several questions about the reason why I applied for the position and how I would handle some hypothetical situations. He also asked me why I am a good fit for the position. Then he asked me to come in for a group interview where I was asked 7 questions regarding customer service. All the questions were about how I would handle given situations.
