Two interviews, over 3 hours and I felt like I was interviewing to join the military. There were 4 different managers sitting in front of me. They asked about my childhood, family working with Walmart, personal questions that were not relevant and then quizzed me on the history of Walmart, stuff that you really wouldn't know if unless you worked there.

One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.
