they were in between hiring managers and gave me the run around for weeks before I personally contacted the department manager. After contacting them, I finally heard back and was hired on the spot

Website application needed to be super specific. It took about two weeks to get an interview. Once interviewed with the vc manager I had an "interview" with the store manager and all did was telling me how much I would get paid.Then the vc manager made an easy schedule for me then I spent two weeks doing cbls.

Very simple, and straightforward. Know how to answer behavioral questions and you are good. You can watch youtube videos on how to get behavioral questions down, and it shouldn't be too hard.
