Entretien
After putting in 1,000 apps online to several different Walmarts for 2 years, I had finally gotten a call from one Walmart saying they would love to interview me. Setting up the interview was difficult because they were looking for someone to come in the morning, but I had school and work. They were able to work around that, and asked me to come in after school on a day I didn't have to work. I was a couple minutes late due to heavy traffic, but I had called and let them know I was going to be late. (I wore a dressy white shirt and black dress pants.) When I got there, me and another girl waited for about 30 minutes before they called us back (she was wearing a jean jacket and jeans with a v-neck.) They interviewed us both together. After the interview was over, one of the hiring managers said she felt we both would be perfect for the job, and didn't require a second interview.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
