They call you and ask if you’re interested in a job and they give you a date and time to come in to complete the application process. They basically just ask when you can stay and give you a schedule.

I was hired on the spot. There wasn't a formal interview. I was very pleased at how easy it was. There was not background check which sometimes can be alarming. They are willing to hire anyone I suppose.
