There were 3 interviews. The first was an hourly supervisor interview, the second was with an assistant manager, the third was a job offer "pending" a drug and back ground check. The first (hourly) interview did not seem to be very experienced as an interviewer, so it was hard to tell how i was doing.

ell me about a time when you worked in a group to accomplish something. What issues came from having several people working on the same thing? and what role did you play in reaching the end goal
Even though we know that we should always be polite it can sometimes be hard in a tense situation, tell me about a time when it was diffcult to be nice to some body. what made the situation diffcult, and how did your action effect the out come of the situation
There are rules for every thing we do. Tell me about a rule that you disaggred with but followed anyway. Why was it important to follow this rule, and how did folling this rule affect others
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
