Entretien
I had a little bit of pull from one of my former managers that had transferred from the Greensburg, PA store to the North Huntingdon, PA store. I helped to set up the store and was there through the grand opening staying for 3 years total between the two stores. 1 year at the Greensburg store and 2 years at the North Huntingdon store. I had only one interview and they called me back the next day to hire me in lawn and garden. I had a choice of either lawn and garden or sporting goods but I chose lawn and garden because I was in that department in the other store and had experience. I was in that department for a year and then transfered to cashier at the front-end because it was easier on my body after lifting so many shelves and pallets and heavy boxes like furniture.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question for me ever in an interview question is when they ask me what I would do in various scenarios because I don't know if the company is lokking for a particular answer or how I personally would handle each situation.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
