The interview was done in one section. Since there were many candidates they did a group interview. During the interview, there were multiple activities to complete as a group. They will analyze you based on your decision making and leadership skills.

It was really perfunctory. One question and some paperwork. No drug test, no skills assessment, that was about it. I have heard that mine wasn't exactly typical, but it doesn't seem like any of the interviews are all that challenging.
