It took about 6 weeks from application to start date. I applied online and was called about a week later to schedule an interview. The phone call was short and simple with no interview questions asked. I was informed to dress business casual and cover any tattoos. The interview took place a little less than a week later. The interview itself was very laid back. I spent about 20-30 minutes waiting for the hiring manager to get all the paperwork she needed together before we began. She asked questions about my background, if I knew anything about electronics, what hours I would be willing to work and why I wanted to work for Walmart. I was told that she liked me and I should be getting a phone call with a job offer within a week. It actually took almost a month before I actually got the job offer even though I called back to inquire about it during the time that passed. I started training within 3 days after receiving my job offer. All the people (the personnel girl that scheduled my interview and the manager) were very polite, friendly and laid back.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What did you like the least about your previous job?
Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.

Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
