This interview process was good and there is a lot to be said with how things were handled. I was very pleased with how good the interview process was and that they handled things very well overall. Maybe its because of how good the process was handled that I was able to so clearly see the options ahead of me.

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
