Applied online. Got a call the next day which was basically a phone interview. The lady asked me human resource questions about my previous job/availabilities and also why I wanted to work there. She said she would contact me the following week if she felt I was a good candidate. Almost two weeks later I got a call from another lady asking me my availabilities again and then she asked to schedule an interview. The following day I went in for the interview. The lady that met me was head of the front (cash, customer service). We looked over my CV, she made me feel very comfortable. Then she asked 5 interview questions (Name a time I went above and beyond, what I would do if a customer came to me with a question from another department, name a big change in my life and how I adapted to the new change). Then I filled out a reference paper alone in the room. When she came back she said she was looking forward to seeing me again. They checked my references the following day (I was told) and I got contacted the following Monday for another interview.i went in for that one and it was basically employment review. Signed the papers.
So, phone interview, interview with department manager, reference check, final interview and then orientation.

Name a time I went above and beyond, what I would do if a customer came to me with a question from another department, name a big change in my life and how I adapted to the new change. I did my research before the interview and all of the ones she asked were listed online. They were all situational questions.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
