J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Hoboken, NJ) en oct. 2019
Entretien
First HR screen, one or two technical rounds, and then they bring you onsite. Onsite consists of four or five 45 minute interviews. They are mostly with other senior-level data scientists, and also with a hiring manager. I found the work environment to be surprisingly welcoming and interesting. I didn't have the most positive impression of Walmart to begin with (as I was thinking more of brick and mortar stores), but the work done in Hoboken is essentially Jet.com under a different name and maintains a very startup-type feel. People are pretty casual.

It not a good experience… they send juniors to interview senior data scientists. And seriously no issue with as well…. But atleast ask your employees to brush up their skills first. We had a discussion on dropout method used in NN and he had wrong understanding of the concept. This is unacceptable from a Walmart employee.
