The recruiter reached out to me first to schedule a brief phone interview. Recruiter was very friendly and professional. After that initial interview, then you have a panel interview with 3 members of management - most likely, Market Health & Wellness Directors.

The initial interview is one-on-one with the recruiter. It's rather simple and similar to the panel interview - 5 questions total. You should be familiar with the Pharmacy Manager for the panel interview. You will be asked to tell them about a time when you ... etc, etc.

The questions were reasonable and I was able to answer them. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable, and they were very engaging in their conversation. They were genuinely interested in learning about me and my background.
