Arrived 15 minutes early. Interviewed with assistant manager for about 15 minutes. Super nice and very enthusiastic about the company. Offered me a second interview with store manager and of course I said yes. So she scheduled second interview. Not sure yet if I got job until second interview.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
