I had no idea what a store standard associate does. It was beyond my imagination that they collect carts from parking lots. Applied online, got call from the manager, got interview about a week later.
Very straight forward. Interviewers were polite and asked straight forward questions like "Why do you want to work at walmart?" and "How do you handle stress?" If you do a little bit of preparation before hand, you should succeed in the interview.

3 or 4 questions about how you would respond to different customer requests. And then questions on availability and having to fill out a sheet saying the times you're available.

Situation-based questions were asked in the interview process. Like if someone pages you, something falls from you and the floor looks dirty. Questions asked after reading a comprehension. Best of Luck.
