I met with two mid-level associates (neither of whom I have seen since) on site and did a personal experience as well as behavioral response session that lasted approx. 30 minutes.

It was a "Hiring Event". You had to login and sit and wait for HOURS, to finally be seen by one of the 6 hiring managers. Once you finally did get a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, you got an entire 6 min. of face to face time. I did not have enough time to ask more than 2 questions after the "interview portion" was over. It was incredibly frustrating after spending so much time waiting.
