Entretien
Basically, two people will interview you, both will ask the same questions (for multiple perspectives, I suppose). Allegedly, the second interviewer is the one who offers you the job, then you will be asked to do a drug test, and they will contact your two references.
Questions are simple, and all of them begin with "Describe a situation in which..."
Each interview took 15-30 minutes for me, which was surprisingly quite short. First interviewer was an HR person, the second interviewer was the Assistant Manager.

Describe a situation in which you had an unsatisfied customer. How did you resolve their issue? How did you satisfy the customer? What procedures did you follow? What were the results?
Describe a situation in which you were the lead on a project working with other staff members, and the results were not okay. How did you get your staff members to cooperate better? What did you say to them? And what were the results?

the interview was a casual interview and they did not ask much questions as i expected so it was pretty average to me not hard and not that easy to be very honest just there

Very well, clean, respectful, kind, caring, very quick and I would recommend to the average teenager who wants a job. Very clean and ethical, professional visual too. An interview process involves screening applications, scheduling interviews, asking role-related questions, evaluating skills and culture fit, checking references, and selecting the best candidate for an offer

The interview was really good there were 2 and the men that interviewed me made me feel very comfortable. Ron was one of the Assistant Store Manager and he made the processes very quick.
