Round 2 - two back to back phone/webex interviews with upper level management; round 1 was behavioral as well; recycled questions from round 1; round 2 tests your aptitude; Round 3 - in person on site behavioral interview;

This was a preliminary phone Call: Very casual with strictly behavioral questions. Took about 20 minutes. I got a first round interview that takes place over WebEx (Facetime). The Recruiter was very nice and even prepped me once I got offered a first round interview.
