I was hired before they met me. I was called on the phone, asked to come in for an interview. When I got there I waited for an hour. I was eventually told that the hiring manager had gone home for the day but if I would wait a little longer someone else would see me. I met one of the other Assistant Managers and he told me that I was already hired according to the information in their system.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
