I applied to be a cashier at WalMart. Like a month after I applied, I got a phone call asking me to come in for a interview. So I went in and did the interview which consists of questions like "What you did in certain situations" or " When was a time you had to do this..." The questions can be tricky because they kind of sound the same so listen carefully lol. So after the interview I had to do a drug test(which I passed) and come in for orientation. After 3 days of orientation they will put you with another cashier to get trained and after a day or so then you're on your own. The other cashiers told me that the first 3 months they will be nice to you because you're new but after that then you will see another side of some of the managers and CSM and they didnt lie lol. But overall it was ok . You will have more nice customers than rude ones so the nice ones will make you're job ok. And watch out for some of your co-workers they can be low-down snitching trying to get someone fired even if they have to lie smh

the interview was a casual interview and they did not ask much questions as i expected so it was pretty average to me not hard and not that easy to be very honest just there
