Behavioral/Situation Interview where the interviewers ask you to use the STAR method when responding to questions asked during the interview. Which is describe the SITUATION and the TASK at had. Tell the ACTION you took to resolve it and what was the RESULT. You will probably be asked 4 to 5 of those type of questions. Be prepared with examples of work situations. Be prepared to answer WHY you want to work there. Have a greatest STRENGTH and a WEAKNESS to explain.

Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
