I was originally a Cashier. After 8 months, a position opened up for Customer Service Manager. On the WIRE, I had to update my career opportunities and take an assessment test for supervisory positions. It was lengthy, but very simple. Though ten other cashiers also attempted the test, only two passed. Originally, I was not considered for the job, but I spoke with a select member of management. Since she liked me and originally hired me, she vouched for me through HR had had me selected as a candidate. This process took a few weeks.
