Interview was quick, casual, and easy. Interview was scheduled at 8pm showed up to the service desk and said I was there for an interview, they were friendly and let the manager know I was there and told me to have a seat. Manager didn't come grab me to go to the office until about 8:30, guess she was busy at the time, introduced and shook her hand and she walked me to the office. Very nice lady. Started with me filling out some paperwork and her telling me a little bit about the job...it started as temporary because of summer busyness, 9.50 per hour (normally people start at 9, 3rd shift gets extra .50, will turn into a part time position if I "prove" that I can do the job while temporary....Then she asked me my work history and to tell her about that, I just told her the past jobs I had and what I did there. Then asked me why I wanted to work at Walmart. Then she asked to describe a time where I had to go the extra mile for a customer or co worker. That was it. We talked about what the job entailed and then was told that's everything I would be a good fit they just have to wait for the background check to come back in a few days then I would get a call from them.
