I applied online and was called in to interview two days later. The interview process was easy and straight to the point. I was only asked to sign papers confirming my availability and a background check. Two weeks later I was called in for orientation. Tomorrow I start my new job!

Name a time that you went out of your way to help someone and what was the outcome?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
